As the former national Charities and NPO lead at a large multinational law firm, and as the founding partner of the Business Law group at a Big-4 accounting firm, Sebastian has the corporate structuring and charity/NPO experience needed to deliver on any charity or NPO mandate.
In his roles as head of the Calgary Tax Group and National Charities Lead, Sebastian completed complicated mergers and restructurings of a number of charities and not-for-profits. His experience defending charities through audits and registering a wide-range of charities allows him to quickly hone-in on the key issues facing any NPO or charity.
