As the former national Charities and NPO lead at a large multinational law firm, and as the founding partner of the Business Law group at a Big-4 accounting firm, Sebastian has the corporate structuring and charity/NPO experience needed to deliver on any charity or NPO mandate.

​In his roles as head of the Calgary Tax Group and National Charities Lead, Sebastian completed complicated mergers and restructurings of a number of charities and not-for-profits. His experience defending charities through audits and registering a wide-range of charities allows him to quickly hone-in on the key issues facing any NPO or charity.

Andrew heads up Outsiders Law’s Ontario practice. He comes with experience working in the Charities & NPO group at a national law firm and a Toronto boutique law firm. He has incorporated and/or registered hundreds of NPOs and charities.

​He understands the intricacies of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and how it interacts with applicable corporate law and CRA interpretations. He quickly understands organizational needs and provides valuable strategic advice as to how to move forward. Andrew is brilliant and charismatic. If all of that wasn't enough, he is fluent in Spanish and French as well.
